Support and Funding
Associated Students UCSF (ASUCSF):
Student RCOs can obtain funding for organizational expenses, membership recruitment
and orientation events, and social activities from the Associated Students-UCSF
(ASUCSF).
Chancellor's Endowment Fund:
Student RCOs may apply for funding from the Chancellor's Endowment Fund.
This fund is dedicated to supporting educational and community service
activities and events. A project must also provide educational opportunities
for its volunteer participants. Projects may be related to broader career
or vocational interests and/or they may be related to learning about the
community.
Cultural Enrichment Fund:
Student and staff RCOs may apply to the Cultural Enrichment Fund. This fund is
dedicated to the support of activities and events that promote cultural and
ethnic diversity at UCSF. The fund is designed to provide a centralized funding
source for cultural programs and events and to augment other funding sources.
Funds are awarded according to the project's ability to address a recognized
campus interest or need.
Performing Arts Fund:
The Performing Arts Fund (PAF) allocates the majority of its funding once
per year, during the Fall Quarter. At that time, funds are allocated for
events and activities scheduled to occur anytime during the next calendar
year. In additional to the regular funding cycle, RCOs may submit funding
requests for new events and activities at any time throughout the year.
Both student and staff RCOs may apply for the PAF. This fund is dedicated
to support arts and events in which volunteer members ofRCOs perform or
participate.
